Goods can be sent to your registered credit card address or alternatively to the card holder's work address. Goods can be sent to the card holders work address but this is subject to approval.

If you order online before 1pm and all items are in stock, your order is normally dispatched the same day. If for some reason any items are temporarily out of stock then the order will be held back until all items can be despatched.

All courier deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Where courier delivery is attempted and fails due to no one being available to sign for the goods every attempt will be made to redeliver, however where additional courier charges are made these will be passed onto the purchaser.

Small goods are shipped in a Jiffy bag by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st class. Most shipments usually arrive the following working day (including Saturday) and must be signed for upon receipt.

These small goods are charged postage rates as follows:

Up to 250g - £2.99
Up to 500g - £3.99
Up to 750g - £4.99
Up to 1000g - £5.99

All other goods, and multi-item orders where the weight amounts to more than 1kg will be charged at the courier rates. These orders will be sent via courier service and charged at two rates to simplify understanding of our courier charges..
